Bangor Savings Bank

Bangor Savings Bank - 20 Marginal Way features a professional office building with a branch on the first floor. The building has a deck over the drive-through canopy directly off a large mutlti-function conference room. Every window in the building glows blue at night and is highly visible from I-295. Bangor Savings Bank's goal was to make a statement: "We are here in Portland!"
Bangor Savings Bank - Corporate Headquarters

TAC conducted a Phase I Master Plan of all departments' needs and growth projection. Once completed, the need to get departments closer in a campus environment would solve a lot of internal, traveling, and parking issues. We then researched the area that would meet the needs of the new BSB Campus. BSB wanted to be within walking distance of Downtown Bangor, close to the river, and be more noticeable in the city.
The 35,519 SF class A office building site is on the banks of the Penobscot River and within walking distance of the Downtown. Adjacent site allowed for the second building roughly 116,000 SF office building and the campus environment.
